"I've come here a few times for either bubble tea and bingsu and overall would it 4.5 /5. Last time I came, I received a spoon that was not necessarily 100% clean so I had to ask for another one. Also, they gave us one little napkin for a bingsu with 2 spoons. I wish they gave more napkins as it get be a sticky situation. Just details, but those are..."
