The overall experience started off well. We received our drinks & appetizers without any issues, but things unfortunately went downhill when my Ahi tuna arrived.
The tuna had a brownish color rather than the usual pink appearance, which immediately concerned me. I mentioned this to the waitress, & the manager came over & essentially told me that even if she made me another plate, it would be the same color. At that point, I didn't feel comfortable eating it & decided to order the Bavette medium rare instead. I simply didn't want to risk getting sick.
The biggest issue, however, was the timing. By the time my Bavette arrived, everyone else at the table had already received & finished their meals. While everyone's plates were being cleared, I was only just starting to eat mine. When I mentioned the delay to the manager, she explained that the reason it was taking so long was because'it takes time to cook meat.' I then had to ask, how long does it really take to cook a medium-rare Bavette?
I explained that it didn't feel right to be eating my meal while everyone else had already finished & was waiting. The manager did say she would not charge me for the Ahi tuna, which I appreciated & obviously shouldn't be charged for that, but then offered coffee & dessert as compensation. At that point, I honestly felt so turned off by the entire experience that coffee & dessert were the last things I wanted. I also didn't want to keep everyone at the table waiting, so I asked to have my meal packed to go. Nobody wanted to stay for dessert at that point either.
For me, it was really about principle, empathy, & consideration. Mistakes happen, but the way a situation is handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, I've experienced better customer service, empathy, & consideration at a McDonald's.
The evening started off well, but the way the situation was handled completely changed our experience & left a very disappointing impression.
Loved the atmosphere! Great music, fun entertainment, & an amazing vibe all night. Perfect place to enjoy good food, drinks, & a great evening with friends. Will definitely be back!
Excellente expérience au Zibo Laval. La cuisine est savoureuse, les drinks délicieux & le service attentionné du début à la fin. Mention spéciale au directeur, Arnaud : son leadership & sa vision ont clairement transformé l'établissement. Cela se ressent autant dans l'ambiance que dans l'attitude des employés & la qualité de l'accueil. Une adresse où l'on se sent bien & où l'on a envie de revenir. À très bientôt.

Excellent experience at Zibo Laval. The food is delicious, the drinks are tasty, & the service is attentive from start to finish. Special mention to the director, Arnaud : his leadership & vision have clearly transformed the establishment. This is reflected both in the overall atmosphere & in the staff's attitude & quality of service. A place where you feel welcome & genuinely want to return. Looking forward to coming back soon.

My first time at ZIBO! & it was absolutely perfect! From the welcoming atmosphere & friendly host, to our amazing waiter, delicious food, & refreshing drinks. Everything was spot on. This will definitely be our new go-to spot.
Really great restaurant for a summer dinner & outing. Very nice outdoor terrace facing the centropolis center & very nice indoor restaurant. Food was good, drinks good , service excellent & atmosphere excellent. Would highly recommend & will go again.
