C'est la première fois que le service était aussi exécrable. Il a fallu dire qu'on souhaitait commander près d'une heure après de notre arrivée. On a dû réclamer des verres d'eau & notre seul & unique verre est demeuré vide par la suite. Même chose après le repas on a dû interpeller quelqu'un afin de pouvoir commander un café & fut la même chose pour l'obtention de la facture. Jamais notre serveur ne venait nous voir de lui même.

The place looks'fancy' inside but the food (besides the kids menu) is pretty bad. $30 zibo salad with sugary sauce & soggy. Pizza way too salty & impossible to eat. I tried to return the salad after the first bite & ordered a super salty onion soup. They charged me for both the soup & the salad & said they will not remove either from the bill so we paid it as we were too tired to address it. This is something I haven't seen even at McDonald's. Service is slow. I was there with my kids & we arrived at 7pm & left past 9pm when it usually doesn't take more than an hour for us. The only thing good about the place is a nice atmosphere for a suburb restaurant. Will not be coming back again.
