The place looks'fancy' inside but the food (besides the kids menu) is pretty bad. $30 zibo salad with sugary sauce & soggy. Pizza way too salty & impossible to eat. I tried to return the salad after the first bite & ordered a super salty onion soup. They charged me for both the soup & the salad & said they will not remove either from the bill so we paid it as we were too tired to address it. This is something I haven't seen even at McDonald's. Service is slow. I was there with my kids & we arrived at 7pm & left past 9pm when it usually doesn't take more than an hour for us. The only thing good about the place is a nice atmosphere for a suburb restaurant. Will not be coming back again.

Nourriture 10/10. J'ai mangé la pizza calabrese, la cuisson était parfaite. Digne de l'italie. J'ai été servis par Arnaud, un jeune homme très professionnel en contrôle & très informé par rapport au menu. Rien à dire
Nous avons essayé les frites de fromage en entrée suivi de pizzas & tout était savoureux! Pour couronner le tout, nous avons été super bien servi par Mai H 49, superbe personne agréable & sympathique! Nous y retournerons !
Nous etions 4 & avons très bien manger, mon tartare de saumon etait très bon, la pizza très épicée mais bonne , petite erreur au niveau d'un Plat on avait demandé une bavette & on nous a servi un filet mignon, ça peu arriver mais ds ce cas ajuster le prix ou changer l'assiette.
Pour le reste c'était parfait, nous reviendrons, bon rapport qualité/prix.

Malgré le manque d'employé, nous avons recu un excellent service par notre serveur Alex P. 468 selon notre facture. Très sympathique malgré les circonstances donc on a pas du tout ressenti le stress qu'il devait avoir. Pizza Old School & Poulet Général Tao délicieux.
Having been here before I'm upset that the experience was such garbage today. So to start a hostess was very rude, I'm not going to get into those details, she was a child. But when we were seated & ready to order the first thing our server did was almost argue that they dont have hot honey. It is an ingredient on one of their pizzas & I like to add it to the pepperoni pizza. After we all ordered at 2:00pm it was taking so long & she barely came to see us. At 2:35 exactly I called over the manager & asked why our food was taking so long. He came back & said she was busy & only put in the order 6 min prior so he assured us the food was being rushed. When he saw my obvious irritation he indicated that he would take care of our bill somehow. When our server came she was arrogant & didn't even apologize. When our bills came nothing was adjusted & I was too busy to even bother saying anything. There are plenty of other restaurants in the fobourg I won't be going back. Also my burger was super dried out & grey. Very below average burger & patty

This was not a good experience.being an expensive restaurant, this kind of service is not what you expect when you have main courses that cost 20+$. While the food was quite nice, the service was slow. We were 10 people who waited 1h for our food to arrive. The appetizer was 18 dollars for 4 really small sticks of halloumi. Other than that, the burger & fries arrived cold & the pizza for the kids were a little bit burned
Moi & mon amoureux sommes venus manger hier soir. Nous avons partagé deux plats: La pizza mozzarella, tomates, basilic... & la salade zibo.
La pizza avait une croûte mince & toute molle trempée. Très désagréable en bouche.

J'ai été par le passé à ce restaurant & j'aimais la nourriture, mais je suis retournée 2x en 2 semaines & j'ai été très déçue (j'ai essayé le mac n cheese puis une pizza). Aussi, le service est rendu uuuultra long. Au moins, les cocktails étaient bons & le personnel gentil!
Nous avons été un peu déçue du margarita. Il était trop sucré & ne goûtait pas la tequila. Quand à la pizza, la croûte au centre est trop mouillée.
Par contre, tout le reste était délicieux & Kalista est une excellente serveuse!
Je retournerai au Zibo avec mes amis!
