"The food was excellent as usual. The service very polite. HOWEVER, we were sat down and then totally ignored for over almost 20 minutes!! This is unacceptable. Lunchtime crowds need to get back to work. If service will take longer than expected, then patrons should be notified NOT IGNORED. A patron at a table beside us had to leave before even..."
