Très déçue de mon expérience au Yuzu de Saint-Hyacinthe vendredi le 11 septembre vers 14:30. Dès mon arrivée, je n'ai même pas été accueillie & l'attitude de la gérante était vraiment désagréable. Je me suis fait parler bête &, honnêtement, j'ai eu l'impression de déranger plutôt que d'être une cliente. Aucun vrai service, aucun accueil & aucune attention. Pour une personne qui est gérante, je trouve ça particulièrement décevant, puisqu'elle devrait justement montrer l'exemple à son équipe. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit si vous vous attendez à un minimum de respect & de service à la clientèle.

Best yuzu i been to so far. Chicken, salmon, & shrimp tempura were all superbe. We went around 12:30 on a friday.

Saint Hyacinthe est tout simplement le meilleur! J'en ai essayé plus d'une douzaine d'autres à travers le Québec mais il est imbattable. Je fais toujours mon heure & demi de route pour aller à celui ci!

La qualité était au rendez-vous, j'avais commandé pour 18h je suis arrivée 10 min plus tôt & ils étaient deja prêts. Les employés courtois & souriant. & que dire de la boîte bientôt maman, merci de penser à nous. Première expérience au Yuzu mais certainement pas la dernière!

Very bad experience with the personnel. I went in to buy a platter but wasn't welcomed with a smile or a hello. When I asked to change a sushi to another cheaper one because I didn't eat it, they just said no without checking or trying to help. They didn't recommend anything else & just gave out a lot of attitude. Very disrespectful employees.

Super bon frais & service super attentioné. Juste attention si vous prenez les sticker sushi nous le fond qui permet de pousser les sushi n'y était pas ca fais du beau dégâts...
