"I came long time ago where food was decent and price was fair. But now they demand both a service fee and a tips being mandatory for their minimal amount of service. If the waitress thinks you don't tip enough they would shout loud, ensuring whole store would hear it to publicly shame you for not tipping enough. What a shame."
