About

Yuki Sushi focuses on the preparation of traditional Japanese cuisine with an emphasis on fresh ingredients and precise culinary techniques. The menu features a diverse selection of sashimi, nigiri, and elaborate specialty rolls that highlight seasonal seafood combinations. Beyond raw fish selections, the kitchen prepares various tempura, savory miso soups, and chilled seaweed salads to balance the overall meal composition. The interior provides a functional space centered on efficient service and minimalist aesthetics that prioritize the presentation of each plate. Patrons select from varied maki options that incorporate tempura crunch, avocado, and spicy sauce variations according to established Japanese flavor profiles. This establishment maintains a consistent standard for sushi production by utilizing high quality rice and maintaining strict temperature controls during the assembly of every signature roll served to guests.

Review Summary

Yuki Sushi is widely praised for its fresh, high-quality ingredients, generous portions, and beautifully presented dishes, with many patrons commending the excellent value and consistent taste across various menu items like sashimi, poke bowls, and maki combos. While the service is frequently described as friendly and efficient both in-store and through delivery platforms, some experiences are marred by occasional order inaccuracies or specific dissatisfaction with certain specialty rolls and fried items. Overall, the establishment remains a popular choice for many repeat visitors who appreciate the reliable freshness and overall quality provided.

Edit: Yes I did took during their promotion 2 for 1 pokebowl salmon but I did mention that I paid close to 50$ with delivery fees + taxes/hidden fee + tip the delivery person (I can provide proof if required) but it still didn't justify the missing ingredients. I paid 49$ to be exact

I order for delivery online & request'no poivrons, no corn, no oshinko, Extra avocado please!'

& to be sure I tried to call the restaurants few times but it didn't answer/ went to the voice messages. I want to confirm that they got my note for my order but after attempted to call them 3 times, nobody answered.

Once I received my order, I open the two salmon pokebowl & they did remove everything I've requested. However, the ratio for the avocado barely had any. I don't know if it was a misunderstanding or something but I only got 2 tiny pieces of avocado in each bowl which really disappointed me... 🥲

I wish they could answer my phone call + add more than just the 1-2 tiny pieces of avocado.. also the salmon ratio is bit smaller than others restaurants I usually order..

Food taste is good, ratio between the rice , vegetables & salmon is okay but I wish they added more avocados..

I don't think I'll order at this place again, I paid close to 50$ ( included the taxes, tip the delivery guy & the fees)

for 2 pokebowls with barely any avocados & salmon in it.

Side note: missing ingredients such as caviar, nori & barely had any avocado

I've ordered large chef's selection platters several times & generally the sushi we receive is good. Ingredients seem fresh, platter presentation is nice. A few constructive criticisms: sometimes the use of avocado in some rolls is very big & overpowering. The only roll I haven't liked so much is the Dragon Eye. Compared to other places I get sushi, I find this Dragon Eye is too oily, sometimes burnt. The breading comes off & there is a very greasy taste left on the palate. A bit more finesse on this roll would be appreciated :) Otherwise it's a decent place & they offer 10% off pick-up orders.
