I have come to this restaurant several times. The food is actually very good and the price is acceptable. I like the fish soup and the cut chicken with spices (forgot the name, should be like ...Shan Chicken). The restaurant itself is quite nice and clean, the decor is quite good. The big problem here is the service. It is very bad. One time I had difficulty to ask for a proper spoon for soup, another time I had a problem to have cups for the tea. As well as sometimes the waiter is not friendly at all. Anyway, I will keep go there but only for the food.

New owner's just took over and so I decided to check it out. The food is awesome, but as with most chinese restaurants there are two menus.

Make sure to ask for the 'Chinese' menu, it has english/french. This food on that menu is much more authentic, no general tao or crispy beef, but much much better real chinese food. (I lived in China for a while, so trust me, they do not eat General Tao).

The Szchuan fish in a bowl is amazing, the eggplant with Yu Tishang sauce is also fantastic. Best Chinese I have had in Montreal.

Enjoy!

good surroundings, nice food, and OK price,

generally very good one comparing other Chinese restaurants

the only thing is the food quality is not very steady, sometimes it's very good, sometimes it's just OK
