"Ordered pick up for 7 PM online, but had to wait an extra 30 minutes when I came to pick it up because they weren't ready. I had to approach the staff and remind them of my order twice. They almost forgot the chicken I ordered if I didn't check my order. Food was good, but not worth the hassle and inconvenience."
