Average bubble tea taste for the money value. The store standard design & graphics are not attractive (to me). I almost missed it as I walked by the streert. Boba is not cooked well, it was mushy outside & hard inside, really destroying the flavor of the bubble tea. I ordered brown sugar boba, the cup bottom was so hot when it was served. I asked them if I made wrong order, I did not order hot drink, it should be cold or cool. The staff said it was hot sugar but I did not appreciate their attitude when they answered me, as if I didnot know bubble tea. Then I realized it was not sugar but the hot boba/pearl that was just cooked. Overall, it is pnot my favorite brand.View more
