"called YAMA breakfast room service at our stay at hotel. Food portion is small, and expensive! They charge $8 room service fee, AND mandatory 18% tips even tho they didn't give any service! (if bringing food to room is service then it should be already counted in $8 room service fee.) $69 food ended up being charged for $110..."
