1 étoile pour les prix
2 étoiles pour le reste.

Moyenne générale: 2 etoiles & demie que'j'arrondis' au degré supérieur:3 etoiles.
& ça reste'généreux'.

Pâtisseries de qualité honnête, avec de bons ingrédients mais que je note à 7 sur 10 maximum.
Si le'sans gluten' n'est pas une exigence médicale ou diététique, alors il y a bien meilleur ailleurs.
De plus, les prix sont... stratosphériques & totalement exagérés: 13$ pour une pâtisserie individuelle!!
Donc, en bref, qualité'acceptable à bonne' mais rapport qualité/prix absolument inacceptable.

Un vrai coup de coeur pour les amateurs de douceurs ! Chaque bouchée est un pur délice ! Le fait que les desserts soient sans gluten tout en étant si riches & gourmands (avec du beurre & des noix) est incroyable. Ce qui les distingue vraiment, c'est qu'ils ne sont pas trop sucrés & la qualité des ingrédients ainsi que la fraîcheur sont indéniables. C'est une belle entreprise familiale. Je recommande vivement & j'y retournerai sans hésiter !

We are residents of the United Arab Emirates, & while traveling, we had the pleasure of trying your croissant🥐🥐

The croissant 🥐🥐was incredibly delicious - perfectly baked, buttery, & fresh. It was one of the best we've ever had, & it left a lasting impression on us. The attention to detail & quality was truly impressive.

We also want to thank you for the cleanliness & the warm, welcoming atmosphere of your pastry. It made our visit even more enjoyable.
