Very nice coffee shop with a minimalist interior design. Great place to work or study or catch up with a friend. Limited seats. Your order is brought out with a glass of water, very deserving of a tip! Lovely matcha with really good quality powder & standard cake. Would definitely recommend their matcha drinks!

One of my favourite Japanese cafés! The service is very warm & welcoming & the café is very clean! We are regulars & love getting their homemade cakes & their maple lattes as well as hot chocolate are a huge recommend! Don't miss out & coffee out here! ☕?🍰

J'ai récemment testé White Heron Coffee & l'expérience a été plutôt mitigée.

Le lieu est vraiment très agréable : décoration épurée, ambiance calme & esthétique soignée, c'est un café dans lequel on a envie de rester & qui est visuellement très réussi.

Côté boissons & pâtisseries, j'ai pris un matcha latte ainsi qu'une part de cake au sésame noir. Malheureusement, le matcha m'a un peu déçue. Le goût était très léger, presque trop discret, & manquait vraiment d'intensité. Pour un matcha à 7 dollars, je m'attendais à une boisson plus riche & plus prononcée, avec une quantité de matcha un peu plus généreuse. La taille de la boisson était également assez petite pour le prix.
Concernant le cake au sésame noir, je l'ai trouvé bon dans l'ensemble, avec une texture agréable, mais là aussi le goût du sésame noir aurait mérité d'être beaucoup plus marqué.
Au final, un très joli café avec une belle atmosphère, mais une expérience gustative qui ne m'a pas totalement convaincue.
