We came late last night but was greeted & welcomed warmly. Food & service was excellent! What a nice surprise! We ordered the octopus as appetizer & a pizza & lamb. Everything was so good! Prices are fair, the restaurant is also really nice. We will be back & we Highly recommend this place! Thank you for all the staff last night. Everyone was super professional & polite ( its kind of rare these days )
Portuguese & Italian dishes on the menu threw me off a little but the service was accommodating & it was fun guessing the cover songs that were playing.
Be aware that the paella takes about 40 minutes to prepare. The seafood rice casserole that was offered as an alternative arrived quickly & it was pretty good. Nata de ceu wasn't for me, but definitely recommend to anyone who like Maria biscuits, nice presentation too.

Très bon restaurant italien-portugais, découvert lors de l'événement "Montréal à table", avec un menu 3 services à 35$ ! Les mets étaient tous aussi bons les uns que les autres & le service était impeccable. Je recommande réellement !
Excellente adresse à Montréal. Des plats raffinés pour tous les goûts avec un service aux petits soins. Nous avions pris la paella fruits de mer, le jarret d'agneau & la pizza Caprino & tout était succulent ! Je recommande fortement.

Très belle soirée pour notre dernier jour au Québec. Le poulet est incroyable. Les pizzas délicieuses. Les plats très travaillés. & le service impeccable. Nous recommandons ++++
The waiters were very friendly & nice. The food was amazing & freshly made. I highly recommend the risotto. I am always picky & afraid to order Risotto. My boyfriend had it. I ended up eating his. It was amazing.

I went for my graduation party! The food, the ambiance, the decor & service was impeccable. I recommend this place for anyone who wants to try Italian/portuguese cuisine. The drinks are also delicious. It's my 3rd time here & I will continue coming back!
Absolutely amazing dinner experience. Food was outstanding. We shared 2 starters. Grilled octopus on a bed of chickpea purée which was creamy. Tye octopus was grilled perfect just as in Portugal. Our second starter was Bacalhau a Braz was totally delicious & highly recommended. Our main was seafood rice served in its cooking vessel. Seafood was scallops shrimp & clams & cuttlefish. Totally delicious & a redo. Viva is becoming an amazing experience both for the food & the atmosphere & service.
My mom organized my bridal shower at Viva on a Sunday last April , & I've been meaning to write this review because the service & food was just exceptional. The staff was kind , quick & very accommodating. The food left all our guests impressed 🙌🙌 I highly recommend viva for any night out or big events
What an amazing restaurant this was! Loved the decor & the beautiful bar, the ambiance, the hospitality of the staff...& the food! We really enjoyed our dishes - they were flavorful & cooked to perfection. Also felt like I was back to Portugal again! Highly recommend!
