Portuguese & Italian dishes on the menu threw me off a little but the service was accommodating & it was fun guessing the cover songs that were playing.
Be aware that the paella takes about 40 minutes to prepare. The seafood rice casserole that was offered as an alternative arrived quickly & it was pretty good. Nata de ceu wasn't for me, but definitely recommend to anyone who like Maria biscuits, nice presentation too.

We went for lunch. Nice ambiance. Service was slow. Food was either a hit like the Octopus entrée or plain like the gnocchi. Pizza is cooked in the oven in the restaurant & was very good. The peach Bellini cocktail was more peachy & sweet. Portions are very good & not very pricey. Would I go back? Maybe in the evening..to try other dishes & cocktails & have a more decisive opinion...

On a whim, I ordered a paella at an Italian restaurant, wanting to try how Italians cook Spanish dishes. The rice was good, but it might have been cooked over time , & the rice absorbed the flavor of bouillon, this was it a bit too salty. I didn't smell the special saffron flavor, which was a bit disappointing. In fact, the menu selection is quite dazzling, making people feel hesitant. The dining space is spacious & quiet.

What an amazing restaurant this was! Loved the decor & the beautiful bar, the ambiance, the hospitality of the staff...& the food! We really enjoyed our dishes - they were flavorful & cooked to perfection. Also felt like I was back to Portugal again! Highly recommend!

So good!! The pizza & cocktails were where this place really stood out. We also got the octopus & piri piri chicken & they were very good. Definitely coming back to try another pizza & one of their pasta dishes

Delicious food with fresh ingredients served as an art for its taste & creativity. The service is welcoming & very professional; the client's experience with food & social gathering is a priority to the owner & his staff members. Parking is also easy to find. The blend of Portuguese & Italian cuisine made it a perfect Mediterranean experience. The chef has a magical touch; try it & you'll understand. I highly recommend to try both the Portuguese & Italian dishes. One of my favourites is the octopus served on a bed of homemade hummus, the fish stew, the chicken & the pizza. Ps. Everything is homemade like in Portugal & Italy.. Pasta & pizza dough are made at ViVa.

What a PHENOMENAL restaurant !! Food was out of this world delicious! Service amazing! Impeccably clean! I was so impressed by everything I can't wait to go back! I can still taste the food in my mouth from last night ! Our waiter Sam was so kind & patient with taking our orders & suggesting dishes! The owner was so thoughtful suggested us a better spot to sit that's warm & next to the heater, he even gave us some shots of Porto on the house ! Felt like I was eating at a family member's house! Thank you Gabriella & Alciendo for your hospitality & great service & food I am counting the days to come back because I just can't get over how amazing the food was!!! The best restaurant in montreal I ever been to ! Do not walk ! But RUN to this restaurant! Trust me you won't regret it !
