J'ai acheté un de vos Pannetones lors de l'événement Marché du printemps aux Shop Angus la semaine passée.
Il y avait une promo à 40 % du « Colombisu »
Je croyais naïvement que c'était une promotion pour nous faire connaître cette saveur, mais rendue chez moi je me suis rendue compte que c'était plutôt un produit en liquidation pq proche de passer date
C'est sec, c'est désagréable, c'est décevant.
Si ça avait été ma première expérience avec vos produits je n'aurais plus jamais acheté.
Quel étrange façon de faire du marketing

Le panettone a l'érable était absolument délicieux, par contre j'ai acheté le grand format au chocolat à 72$ & il était super sec & sans goût! Très déçu considérant le prix, je recommande vraiment juste celui à l'érable!

Jai testee le nouveau stollen. & malheureusement apres seulement la premiere boucher tres decu. Extrement sec & meme dure. Le gout est bon mais vendre ce gateau comme etant une brioche tendre & moelleux est un peu mansonger. Au prix que jai payer pour ce gateaux qui malheureusement va probalement terminer a la poubelle. Jen suis vraiment decu & fachee.

When you order for delivery online, Purolator doesn't even attempt to deliver to your home. Rather, they send you an email to come pick it up yourself at their shipment centre in Lachine. I called Puro & their virtual assistant told me they cannot schedule a redeliver I must go pick it up.
