Je tiens à partager mon expérience, qui a malheureusement été gâchée par une serveuse ( blonde )au bar.

Dès mon arrivée, elle ne voulait pas prendre ma commande & m'a parlé d'une façon très impolie. Plus tard, mon mari lui a simplement demandé des serviettes, & elle a refusé de lui en donner sans raison. Ensuite, ma copine a voulu commander des shooters, & elle lui a également répondu de manière désagréable.

Honnêtement, je ne sais pas ce qui se passe avec cette employée, mais son attitude est inacceptable. C'est vraiment dommage, car tout le reste du personnel était excellent : les autres serveurs étaient gentils & professionnels. Je pense même que le gérant, voyant la situation, nous a offert des shooters pour s'excuser de son comportement, ce qui a été très apprécié.

Je laisse cet avis en espérant que cette situation sera prise au sérieux, car l'ambiance & le reste du service étaient très bien. Une seule personne ne devrait pas ternir l'image de tout l'établissement.

Honestly I was very disappointed & kinda mad. The music was good, but that's it. The drink I chose (brume florale or something along those lines) was really gross. I had 3 tiny sips, having to force myself each time, & that's it. My friend hated it but forced herself to try to finish it (which she couldn't). I paid almost 22$ for that single drink with tax & tip. It was tiny, the glass wasn't even full. The card machine started at 18% (yes there is option to choose'other' but seriously?) which is ludicrous when 1. we had to order at the bar & wait there for our drink 2. The girl literally just put ingredients in a shaker & give us the glass, no conversation & no smile. 3. No one ever checked up on us to see if we liked the drinks.
