Review Summary

Vinh Hing offers a consistent unpretentious dining experience with authentic Phnom Penh style noodles, highlighted by the Hu Tieu soup Phnom Penh served with the broth on the side, and a mix of dry and soupy noodle options that many consider among the best in the city. The menu also features meat balls and comforting beignets, with overall quality praised as reliable and tasty and good value. The venue is small and cash only, with occasional grumpy service and instances of automatically added group tips, so arriving early for lunch is advised. The decor is classic and unchanged, making the food the main draw and leaving guests looking forward to returning.

Specialty of noodle (dry or with soup). They also have meat balls which are good. Give yourself a try. Ask for tea not water. Tea is better company when eating noodle.

Decent place to have dry noodles. Delicious sounp with bones. Tastes like what i had in southeast asia. Good portion.

I always order delivery. I wish they had the option to add/pay for extra sauce for the dry noodles.

Hole in a wall type of restaurant, it is very easy to walk by & not notice it, the place is small with old decor but that gives it its charm. They have a small menu but it's done right. The food was good & the price is reasonable. I got the dry Phnom Penh noodle & it came with a side of soup. Their meatball & Chinese donut is a must have!

Recommended by friends on their dry noodles & meatballs. They're really good in taste. If you order a large dry noodle instead of regular size, you can get a huge pork bone in the broth. Worth the try.
