"Walked in for dinner on Friday night and no one served us for a few minutes.. staff was too busy taking online and phone orders. Sat down and noticed cutlery was dirty had to ask for a replacement. When ordering we're told they are out of baked potatos on a Friday before 7pm. When paying, tipping is set to a minimum of 17% on the payment device...."
