Review Summary

Villa Du Souvlaki is widely praised as a go-to for fresh, tender souvlaki with generous portions and solid value, a Montreal institution many call a must visit and one of the best in town. Dishes like gyro salad and pork skewers are noted for fresh ingredients and well seasoned meat, with warm pita and simple, first class quality often highlighted. Hospitality is repeatedly described as a standout feature, with friendly, welcoming service that sometimes includes small extras for newcomers, and several reviews express a desire to return. The overall mood is one of consistency and loyalty, with long-time patrons and new visitors alike appreciating the food and the atmosphere. Some criticisms appear, including missing or extra tzatziki on certain plates, occasional undercooked chicken, overly salty meat, and a sense that service and food prep can diverge. Parking can be challenging and a few mentions point to maintenance or ambiance improvements, but the consensus remains strongly positive about Villa Du Souvlaki as a reliable, enjoyable Greek dining option.

Not as good as the reviews. 13$ a plate & no tzaziki, this is considered an extra. So you order up come home & discover that tzaziki is not included, you are thrilled...

Service is quiet but not enthusiast.

You are left With chicken brochette & dollar potatoes.

Disappointing
