Had issues with the delivery guy (gave the guy the tip with all we had left of our money amongst the fair for the food & was given disrespect in return being told "it's not enough for a tip"), called immediately after the altercation. Spoke with staff (unsure if it was the manager or the counter service), & they had told us that next time we order, they would send a different guy.

Try to place an order on 02/29/20 & the order had been cancelled. Tried to resend the order, order wa not confirmed this time, so we had called. Was told by staff that we would not have their service again as we were the ones being disrespectful, so we proceeded to ask for Management. Staff refused to comply & let us speak to the Manager & then hung up. My husband had called, tried to settle the matter, still asking for Management, & was hung up on. Proceeded to try & call again, no answer, just hangup after hangup.

This is not how a business is supposed to be managed. Food may be good, but the Service Staff are not.

Mon conjoint & moi n'avons jamais été déçus de nos visites !
Personnel courtois, nourriture excellente que ce soit les soupes, les assiettes combinées avec leurs succulents & croustillants rouleaux impériaux maison ou les autres plats ex: pad thai, poulet général Tao etc...
Si on passe dans ce coin, on arrête se régaler c'est certain !
Longue vie à ce resto!!

Il commence a fair froid & humide allor il est grand temps d'aller mangé une bonne soupe repas pour ce réchauffer avec une bonne ambiance ou si non prendre un choix de repas chaud & celà servit a votre table & demandé un bon thé passé vous le Meaux & passé un bon moment entre Ami(e) bonne soirée

J'ai commandé des rouleaux & une assiette de riz plus sauce au beurre d'arachide poulet pour livraison. La commande a été livrée à temps & le plat était chaud mais malheureusement j'ai été très déçu par mon plat. La sauce n'avait pas de goût & les morceaux de poulet
n 'avaient pas l'air frais. J'ai dû tout jeter. Pour une première commande c'était une vrai deception d'avoir dépensé près de 30 dollars + pourboire...En plus le service à la clientèle laisse à désirer. Après un appel pour leur faire un retour sur la qualité de la bouffe & me faire dédommager. Ils me disent qu'il y a des gens comme moi qui achètent & ne sont pas satisfaits de la bouffe mais que c'est correct....
Bref c'est la première & la dernière fois que je commande la bouffe dans ce restaurant. Je ne le recommande pas aussi si vous voulez vous regalez avec une sauce au beurre d arachide...

Les soupes repas Tonkinoise que nous avons commandé pour 10,25$ +tx +tip nous on laissé sur notre faim. Pas assez de nouilles ni de boeuf. De plus à la livraison, aucune sauce & aucun ustelsil. Décevant.

Nous avons été supris Bon petit restaurant pres de chez soi & tres acceuillant bon serveur bonne bouffe & pas cher en plus ....nous l avons adopté & aurtout c est un apportez votre vin coin hochelaga & desormaux
