So yesterday I prepaid for my order & I told the person who took my order how much of a tip I would like to leave for the delivery driver & they decided to charge a higher amount without notice. Also they said delivery would be within 40 minutes & they took well over an hour. Finally the 2/3s of the general tao sauce that comes separate from the chicken leaked out of the container in the bag. Just horrible

Un joyau dans l'est de la ville ! La nourriture est incroyable, on y commande fréquemment depuis 2023. Ce soir, en allant manger sur place avec notre bébé de 8 mois, on s'est senti comme de la famille : toute l'équipe était super attentionnée avec lui. Juste wow ! On vous aime :)

C'est la première fois que je vais au restaurant Viet Gril Express. Le service est très rapide. Les entrées sont arrivées très rapidement. Les repas sont arrivés rapidement aussi.. 2/3 puisqu'ils ont oublié de faire mon assiette. Après 10-15 minutes j'ai demandé au serveur si mon repas arrivait.. il m'a dit oui 🙄 je l'ai eu 5 minutes après. Les entrées étaient ok. Les repas étaient oko. J'ai demandé au serveur s'il y avait des légumes dans mon repas.. il m'a dit non! Juste des épinards. J'était surpris mais bon. Finalement mon Poulet sauce Arachide c'était: FULL champignons! Très peu de poulet que j'ai cherché.. une bonne portion de riz & d'épinards. La sauce aux arachides est bonne.
3/4 de champignons, 1/4 de poulet.. s'il m'avait dit:'Oui il y a des champignons' j'aurais demandé de les remplacés par d'autres légumes. Ils sont gentils. L'endroit est propre, sauf l'aquarium. Les repas sont quand même gros. Stationnements gratuit dans les rues. Merci
