Delicious food & fun atmosphere. It has a great black bean burger as a vegan option. It was my first time at this bar & I enjoyed it so much I will definitely go back.
We are tourists from Toronto, coming for this restaurant for a lunch break. The male server is not quite happy that we didn't order drinks. & give altitudes towards us, when we try to ask questions as first time clients. No allowed to check google reviews & order from the comment, coz the menu isn't correct. I understand that might mislead some food menu. But the rude explanation & altitude is not comfortable.
Nice atmosphere, good beer & a lot of choice. But then... After spending a good night with friends, before I traveling back to my country... the tragedy! One of the waitress give us the bill ( she did not served us at all) 28$ for 2beers & a shared plate of nachos.... I am living 2$ tips because that is WHAT I CAN AFFORD & she start complaining & offending me about the fact that the tip was not enough for her. She was literally doing the counts in my own pocket. She don't know my financial situation, she don't know me & she was accusing me that the tips was too low telling me that I should NOT GOING OUT IF I WAS NOT ABLE TO GIVE A GOOD TIPS ... She did even served me. I m working in a cafe, I'm used to people that give me 10cent tip. 10CENT. This is not nice at all. At all.
Nous sommes restés 15 jours à Montréal, & nous y avons mangé dix fois des plats très fins, & bu d'excellentes bières. Le chef est excellent.. Tout le monde est sympa & attentif, dans une ambiance cool, avec de la bonne musique. Bonjour à toute l'équipe Isabelle & Laurent
Will definitely visit with friends. Had to come it to wait for a cab, but the stout I tried was magnificent & the staff was friendly. Looking forward to try the food served with my friends & a wider selection of beers))
I was having a really lovely time, good choice of drinks, cheeseboard was good if a little meat heavy, buzzy atmosphere, then it came to pay. Knowing I had cash on me I only put a small tip on when paying for my food & drinks. I went to get some more tip cash from my purse & before I had chance the waitress starts dressing me down for not tipping enough, that I should be tipping at least 15% , pointing to the suggested gratuity on the bill. It's not a suggested gratuity if your staff expect it, it's an expected gratuity. I could have tipped nothing. There's no raised words, I show I understand, she carries on with her work & I decide to leave only some of the cash I intended
Super endroit, les barmans sont super sympa, la carte de bières est immense & remplies de bières dans tous les styles & de brasseries artisanales de qualité.
Niveau cuisine c'est top aussi, plats nords américains (poutine, mac n cheese, poulet frit, etc) mais réalisés avec soin & de manière assez fine, c'est très agréable.
Great staff, great ambience & even better & affordable food. You can tell the servers care about the place & their job so just ask for some recommendations if you can't choose from the long menu
