Located on Blvd. Cousineau in St-Hubert, Viana-Sol offers a Portuguese cuisine with an international flair, with several dishes of wild game such as their popular KANGOOROO dish. Cozy byob resto. I love that as soon as we were seated, we were served right away fresh bread & olives. I ordered Grilled Salmon. It was delicious & perfectly cooked. Nicely presented. My son ordered a platter of pork, 1/2 sausage & chicken with salad & french fries. Didn't get to finish his food (so he had his left-over wrapped). Portion was huge. He loved his meal. We both enjoyed our dinner. Thank you Viana-Sol for the attentive & wonderful service!

Le service, autant par le propriétaire que le serveur, était incroyable & rare de nos jours. On nous a fait une description de plats qui nous a donné le goût de tout essayer. 3 mots pour décrire ce restaurant, chaleureux, généreux & authentique.

Le meilleur foie de veau que g eu a manger avec portion généreuse, agrémenter de légume, de frite & de pain . Foie de veau baignent dans une sauce au vin exceptionnelle. Le prix en vaut la peine.

Une très belle surprise! Des plats savoureux, des portions généreuses & un excellent service. On sent la qualité & l'authenticité dans chaque bouchée.
Je recommande aussi les natas en dessert, elles valent le détour.

Viana-Sol offre un menu pour apportez pour le 24 & 31 décembre 2025 (pour plusieurs convives).

Nous avons opté pour les bouchées de morue en entrée & le rôti de porc à l'ancienne comme plat principal. C'est tout simplement délicieux. Le porc est savoureux & cuit à la perfection. Je vous le recommande.
