Bonne adresse de poke bowl!! Décor style Boho digne d'un restaurant de la côte ouest. Endroit très rafraîchissant. Vous pouvez manger sur place comme pour emporter. Si vous travaillez & peu de temps de pause, vous pouvez commander à l'avance & passer récupérer votre lunch.

This place does nice poke bowls. I can't comment on other food. Great atmosphere & decor, just missing the beach view if you know what I mean. Service was good, the place was not packed but meals came in about 15 minutes. Food, I had the Tao poke bowl & at first I was skeptical on how good their general Tao could be but in the end I was impressed. The bowls (or plates) is shallow filled with rice & vegetables & this one came with Kim chi. A bit pricey at $20+ but it's just enough food to keep you going. I would definitely go back but it would have to be with a friend that wanted a healthy lunch.

Great restaurant for lunch/dinner - very & delicious fresh meals. I ordered the salmon Poke bowl, it's one of the best poke bowls I've ever had. The staff is also very kind & professional. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area!

A creative menu with a variety of freshly made dishes. Cauliflower tacos, interesting salads, poke, etc. Friendly servers playing a great selection of 80 tunes at lunch

Ate here twice during a one week stay. First time was a late lunch. Our server (Colette?) was excellent & the food was okay but seemed overpriced. We returned another day in the evening where the servers were RUDE, seemed distracted by eachother, & left us standing at the door awaiting a greeting for far too long. There were some other rude things said during the ordering process, we ordered & ate & left. Did not order any alcohol & so once again the price was kinda crazy. I liked their simple menu, the place is adorable & very convenient to where we were staying. Stayed a week in Montreal, ate at a lot of places, these were the only wait staff that we encountered that were not friendly.

Great little spot for a good lunch while you are on vacation in Montreal. The salmon poke bowl is very delicious! Only thing is the seating is a bit crammed so it makes one on one conversation tough but overall a wonderful place & we will definitely be going back.

Came here after lunch rush on a weekday. All members in my group ordered a poke bowl (Tuna, Ponzu Salmon, Tofu). They were nice & fresh! Not used to our poke being served on rimmed, shallow plates, as we're used to deeper bowls, but the presentation was there. The bowls were around $20 each before tax, so it's not cheap. However, we found the portion size to be fair (protein included) with an abundance of ingredients. I had the tuna & they were able to omit the spicy mayo sauce that is usually comes with. Our server was friendly but there were a couple of miscommunications during the ordering process. Fortunately, he did repeat our order & we were able to fix it before it went to the kitchen! We didn't speak French so he was patient with us, & he also mentioned being new to the job. The eatery has a bright, beachy aesthetic. We were happy with our meal here!
