Le monsieur, au comptoir qui m'a servi, il était au téléphone avec son ami, quand je donnais ma commande, j'ai dû répéter plusieurs fois car il comprenait pas parce qu'il était au téléphone en même temps, Il donnait vraiment l'impression que je le dérangeais, Service à la clientèle zéro pointer! Pas de bonjour, pas de merci, pas de bye rien de sa part, Je me demande les c'est quoi les critères de sélection pour travailler cher Van Houtte
Je suis un travailleur extérieur sur les chantiers, J'avais besoin d'aller aux toilettes, je lui ai demandé poliment & gentiment si je pouvais utiliser ses toilettes, Il m'a répondu sèchement, est-ce que tes clients? j'ai dit non mais je travaille à L'extérieur c'est une envie pressante, Il m'a dit non il faut être client, tout ça sur un air supérieur, & dégradant
Quelle altruisme de la part des employés bravo ! Lui, il devait être content quand le Canada lui a ouvert les portes de l'immigration, alors qu'il n'était pas client!

My favourite café in Old Port Montréal! I love their pistachio croissant & chocolatine, & I always enjoy their delicious latte. They also have a great selection of fresh, tasty sandwiches. The sitting area is comfortable & welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax & enjoy a coffee. I always have a great experience here & love coming back.
I like the coffee here, but it's been terrible the last few weeks-the coffee isn't really coffee anymore; it's mostly milk, or it's cold. The pistachio croissant is my favorite, but every time I buy it, it's hard & stale! Same goes for the sandwiches… It's a shame-it used to be so much better. The place looks dark, lifeless, & unhygienic…

I walked for 1km at 12am to get there because'they're open till 4am' as per Google Maps, only to find it closed.
