"Best ramen I've had in MTL so far with great service. A true ramen experience. Amazing tonkotsu broth, some of the most flavourful and tender chasu I've ever had. You can really taste the marinade in it. They also do a great egg, can tell by the colour that it's at least a 24hr marinade and not simply soft boiled. Noodles seem to all be thin noodles..."
