The sorbet was one of the best I've ever had! I'll definitely be visiting this place again the next time I'm in Montreal.

The sorbet recipes were unlike anything I've tasted before, each flavour had a delicate hint of fragrant herbs that made them incredibly unique & memorable. It was a refreshing experience that truly stood out.

On top of that, the hospitality was warm & welcoming, making the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Waffles are ok but in my opinion, fall short of the ~$14 price point (which notably could not be found anywhere visible as the price in the store before ordering). $35 after tax for two waffles when you don't know the price beforehand was a bit shocking, especially when they are made to order & the average person would not reject the price & tell the cashier to keep the food/waste the food. I would really recommend putting up prices in the display beside the names or on the printed menu itself as this feels a bit predatory.

Service was a reasonable time for them being made fresh.

EDIT after restaurant response: to reconfirm, the waffles were made before payment was taken, as initially stated in the review. I'm not sure why the owner is responding stating otherwise. Also, they seem to have a tendency to respond to any negative reviews with a « not fair » lens. If your business is failing to meet the needs or the expectations of your customers, we're entitled to share these for others to be informed & make their own decisions accordingly. My husband was the person who purchased from the store & does not have a Google account - this does not mean the review is untrue or makes it unfair.

The service was super friendly & they have so many different options for tasty treats. Of course, the atmosphere is super unique & cute. I'd absolutely recommend checking out Trois Chats 34!

This place is beautiful! Wow! I went there with the husband for some coffee & stroopwaffles in the afternoon & was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was amazing (we love coffee & this was really next level), the stroopwaffles have some really nice flavours. We had a lovely time & I strongly recommend this place!

I went twice in 2 days, it's how much I liked it ! Their sorbet are fresh & taste like real fruits. Their waffles are delicious as well. I didn't find them too sweet, which I personnaly enjoyed.

The coffee is really a vibe. It's unique & so pretty. I recommend it to go with friends & to have a good time :)
They also have amazing merch !

The girl at the counter was amazing, she was really sweet ! I loved my experience there. I will be back !

This cafe was soooo asthetically pleasing & oh so cute! I was café hopping around the area for the day & this place stood out the most. I highly recommend the ice cream. I ordered the mint & citron sorbet. It was my first time trying this flavor & it didn't disappoint. The pistachio was also on point!

A lovely lady named Penny, helped my mom & I this afternoon. She was AMAZING for one, so sweet & helpful & let us take our time & enjoy the beautiful cafe, it's so elegant, & luxurious but cute & fun! Penny gave us a little history on the cafe & the owner & it's a very beautifully done cafe. 1000000/10 recommend if you enjoy GREAT customer service, BEAUTIFUL decorate cafe & with AMAZINGLY TASTEY SWEETS. You have to go there!!!!
