I've been coming here for decades, & my latest visit has been the best one yet.
Each dish was excellent & the portions were as generous as ever. I highly recommend the house wine (red), the'everything salad', the grilled octopus, the fried zucchini, the saganaki & the grilled porc.
Our waiter was also excellent in making recommendations.
& to cap off our feast, the bill was fairly priced. For quality, portion & price, Tripolis is hands down the best authentic Greek experience in the area.
Meilleur restaurant Grecque que j'ai été ! Nous étions quatre personnes & nous nous sommes régalés! La pieuvre, le fêta, les calmars & la pikilia pour deux (que nous avons pris à quatre) était succulent. Notre serveur super gentil & c'est certain que nous y retournerons. Les portions sont généreuses & le vin grecque excellent 👌
FIRST TIME & DEFINITELY WONT BE MY LAST!!! Great food , fast service everything is amazing from the ambiance to the employees & of course the food. My brother & I decided to bring my dad here for his birthday !!! We were all so amazed by everything. We ordered a seafood salad , fried calamari a Greek salad we had a pikilia meat dish with pork chops , loukaniko , lamb & chicken & home potatoes, everything was so fresh & savoury!! What a wonderful experience thank you Sotiri for your welcoming hospitality & great service this is my go to place for authentic Greek food from now on will definitely come back here!! I highly doubt there is a better restaurant in Montreal. The food, the portions, the hospitality, the personal touch, the mood & the ambiance are impeccable. If you ever touched the Greek culture, that would remind you of it. A restaurant where we feel welcome. Literally like visiting grandma. Delicious food & heart warming experience.

I ordered for the very first time today. I had the Chicken Souvlaki plate with fries, Greek potatoes, & a large'everything salad'. Absolutely delicious!! I will be ordering again soon for sure!
We recently celebrated our daughter's baptism at Tripolis,& we couldn't be happier! From the moment we walked in, the warm atmosphere & welcoming service made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely amazing-every dish was a delicious representation of Greek cuisine. It was clear that each plate was crafted with love & care! Was their last Saturday we took the first seatingour order started with calamari excellent,spanakopita great,to small ,felt we were rushed,got up went to the cash asked the waiter to slow down the order ,told me it's out already & I had ordered the land chops full of nerve ,my wife the chicken breast very dry ,not a place to have a quiet evening
Good food, nice atmosphere in a nice neighborhood. Good service, however, lacked in friendly smiles.
We have only tried take out, & the food is just delicious & always fresh! One of the best places to eat Greek food.
I ordered grilled octopus, which was so delicious, & their lamb chops are just amazing.
