Carpaccio servi avec quelques pièces où il y avait 1 nerf. L'équilibre de la table au service est rudimentaire. Les assiettes sont grandes & elles ont parfois été déposées en équilibre d'un côté, sur une autre assiette ou par-dessus les ustensiles, car les tables sont petites. L'équilibre entre le crémeux, l'ail, le citronné & le salé du parmesan dans la salade césar était négligé. Le veau à la Pavarotti n'est pas présenté dans sa version traditionnelle. La sauce tomates (moules, linguine, lasagne), manquait d'assaisonnement. Restaurant mignon, bien situé dans le vieux Longueuil.
depuis le temps on me connait si c est pas bon c est pas bon mais là, hum que dire a part que je suis plus qu agréablement surpris! c'était bon, l'ambiance est chaleureuse, le propriétaire est là pour nous faire vivre l expérience! génial! à decouvrir ! à longueuil j ´ y aurait jamais cru allez y ca vaut le détour!

Great food & excellent service. I ordered the Penne Romanoff & was absolutely satisfied with how balanced the ingredients were as well as the quality of the pasta. The cherry on top was the decadent, classic homemade tiramisu. I'm grateful I went all the way from the main island to Longueuil & got to try this restaurant. Definitely planning on paying a visit soon. 😊
Best carbonara I've ever had. Hands down. I came to Trebbiano solo while in Longueuil for work & got sat at a nice table outside with a breeze-perfect setup. I had the linguine carbonara with a glass of La Brune Pinot Noir, & the pairing was spot on. Service was smooth, wine was great, & the whole experience made the trip feel a lot less like work. Highly recommend.
Little but very cozy restaurant in vieux Longueuil. The spinach gnocchi are absolutely amazing. By the way for those with allergies, every plate is done from scratch. Fresh pasta, fresh everything, they were able to remove an ingredient (garlic) from any choice on the menu. It is rare when a place does not have pre-made sauces & everything.
Joyau du Vieux Longueuil, Treabbiano est un restaurant italien authentique ou l'ambiance est typiquement italienne. Nous avons opté pour un repas à emporter & notre entrée de calmars était parfaite malgré le take-out. Le personnel est sympathique & on sent qu'ils apprécient notre présence. Je tenons ce resto de toutes mes forces, un goût italien authentique dans le vieux Longueuil. Chapeau aux proprio & au personnel!!

La nourriture, l'ambiance & le service sont excellents. 2e fois pour nous chez Trebbiano & nous sommes heureux d'avoir un restaurant italien de qualité à Longueuil. Nous le faisons aussi découvrir à des amis.
À mon avis c'est le meilleur resto italien que je connaisse sur la Rive-sud. Aucun point négatif. Je ne demeure plus dans la région de Longueuil, mais quand je le peux je retourne y manger avec un très grand plaisir.

Le Trebbiano a un menu très varié & nourriture excellente à prix raisonnable . Le service est super efficace & ce resto restera mon préféré à Longueuil .
Je connais le Trebbiano depuis des années & il est mon restaurant favoris à Longueuil. Mais je vous enlève une étoile parce que hier soir, pour la première fois, il nous a fallu demander deux fois de baisser la musique. En plus la musique choisie hier étais un plus énervent. Dans le passé vous aviez une maijeur chois de musique, classique ou plus doux.
En tenant compte de l'ambiance du personnel du menu , très varié, de la qualité des produits qu'on nous sert , il devient très difficile de ne pas être complètement satisfait de ce restaurant . Un p'tit coin d'Italie à Longueuil .
