Accommodated 16 people last minute. The food was out of this world! If you want authentic high quality food this is the place.
I typically do not write a review unless it's really warranted especially one on new year's day. I had a 100$+ order with pasta & pizza. The food was tasty, flavourful & warm when they were delivered. My feedback was that the pizza dough appeared & tasted"not fully baked". I'm not sure if it was just an unfortunate coincidence but I had a nasty stomach ache & was upset after eating the linguini saumon fumee.
If there was ever a hidden gem to be found, this is one of them. This is a local family run restaurant where you come for a home cooked Italian meal when life is too busy for a home cooked Italian meal. Their pizzas are amazing. My favourites are the pizza panzone & the linguini primavera with chicken. My kids could eat the fettuccini alfredo & tortellini gigi every day. We often order group meals for the office from here & we still can't figure out how food can be delivered so hot & so fresh. See you again soon La Villetta!
I live in a 5-minute radius from this restaurant so delivery is always fast & food always arrives hot. However the quality has never been exceptionally good & has gone down even further. Tonight was likely my last time ordering from La Villetta, which is a shame as it's a family-owned business I'd like to support & its proximity to me is very convenient. The pasta is always very overcooked - I mention how close I live to this restaurant because I'll be generous & factor in that the pasta continues cooking while it's hot, but this is beyond what's reasonable for a place 5 minutes away from me. Very bland food generally. I used to really like the chicken parmigiana submarine sandwich, as it's a very generous portion for the price. It used to be nice! Not the best, but great for a supper with half leftover for another meal easily. Tonight the chicken tasted strange & left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. They used to make a very nice bruschetta but tonight I was served soggy bruschetta bread that was already soaked with tomato juice. I can't help but to wonder if they served me someone's leftovers? If not, then they clearly forgot that it was a delivery order after assembling the bruschetta, & were too lazy or too cheap to re-toast 2 rolls. This was reported to Uber Eats with photo. They forgot the crema di caramella for our order as well. These are all little things that normally I could overlook at a higher quality restaurant, but not when they're all occurring in the same order. I can't conscientiously continue to waste my money here when the food has gone from questionable to poor.
10/10, everything was delicious! From the garlic bread & salad to the main course & dessert. Our server was so sweet & the service was fantastic. It felt very cozy & comfortable inside. Will definitely be back soon!
I have been to this restaurant two times, & it gets better each time. The waitress is so sweet & always has a smile on her face. She even put an edible heart on our plates because my boyfriend & I are on a date. This is the best place to have a date night or dinner with the whole family. You will not regret stopping by!!
My husband & I Uber eats trattoria la Villetta all the time. We love it! Best chicken parm in the city. It always comes piping hot, great serving size, & absolutely delicious!
I stayed Montreal with my family for 4 days & had a dinner in this restaurant twice. The meals (foods) we had were very good! & the staff(employees) were VERY nice!! I won't forget how kind they were. Thanks for everything. We had a good time here!
It's the first time I've been here & they served me even though it was Monday & I was absent-minded & passed by because my little son wanted pizza. Thank you very much for serving me & welcoming me so warmly, even the pepperoni pizza was delicious
Great service, good prices, ok food. Starter Bread with spices - tasty - had to ask for olive oil for dipping Calamari - generous portion - flavour was ok (egg flavour in batter) - sauce was good Pizza (Americana) - small portion - dough undercooked - felt like the same dough as the starter bread - disappointing Bistecca (Rib eye) - good flavour - thin cut so it got overcooked - pasta that came with it was ok Wanted to try the tiramisu (as suggested by other reviewers) but had to run to catch a show. Overall it was ok, but not wow.
Was there Saturday food very simple not greatest they have unexperienced waiters example girl was chewing food while serving us food not vey professional will not be returning

Un super restaurant italien qui vaut absolument le détour. Tout est au goût du fait maison, les sauces divines, les gnocchis juste à point, la foccacia, le tiramisu tout ce que nous avons commandé était un pur délice. & que dire du service!! Attentionnée & souriante! La propriétaire nous a gentiment offert le tiramisu à l'occasion de la fête de mon mari. J'y retourne assurément pour l'expérience & la qualité de la nourriture! This is my other account, my main account is criticalunity... I had gone to the dentist & didn't have any money on me & was very hungry & was given a delicious sandwich. I plan on coming back when I have money as the pizza looked delicious.
Lovely place! We enjoyed our food & appetizers. The selection is amazing. We took some dishes to go as well. Our family loves this italian restaurant. Excellent service & food quality. Music was a little bit loud for our liking but pleasant as we adore Eros Ramazzotti as well as Andrea Bocelli in the background. Definite repeat dining for us again. Many thanks.
