G & his team did an outstanding job catering the Traylen/Parks wedding reception. The cocktail party featured an incredible selection, including fresh oysters, shrimp, four kinds of pasta, meatballs & much more. The beef served for the main course was cooked to perfection.

The evening ended on a delicious note with cannoli, Italian pastries, fresh fruit & a cup of the best poutine I have ever had!

The serving staff was friendly, attentive & highly professional. G personally made certain that every guest was served promptly, & he went above & beyond by helping several guests with mobility issues.

The food, service & personal attention were exceptional from beginning to end. We highly recommend G & his team for any special occasion!

I was mother of the groom at the Traylen/Parks wedding. Catering was outstanding. Best cannolis I ever ate! Beef entree was so tender you didn't need a knife to cut it.

G-Catering did a spectacular job catering our daughter's wedding on Labour Day weekend. (Traylen/Parks) The services G-Catering provided were highly professional & tailored to our needs in every possible way. The timing & delivery of the meal was perfect & the food was delicious . It is obvious that G-Catering takes great pride in the work they do. The service they provided contributed significantly to the wedding being a tremendous success!

If we could give G Catering 10 stars, we would. & honestly, G himself deserves at least 15. ⭐?
From the very beginning, G understood that our wedding was not just another event. It was our celebration, our story, & everything that makes Matt & Shan, well… Matt & Shan. He took the time to understand us, our vision, our personalities & every little detail that mattered to us, & somehow turned it all into something even more incredible than we imagined.
The food was absolutely phenomenal. Every single bite was delicious, beautifully presented & full of flavour. Our guests are still talking about it, which says everything.
The service was flawless. Warm, attentive, professional & completely seamless. Everything was handled so effortlessly that we could actually be present & enjoy our celebration instead of worrying about what was happening behind the scenes.
& then there is G. Truly, G is in a league of his own. His passion, humour, creativity, attention to detail & genuine care are something you simply do not find every day. But what impressed us most was how incredibly calm he remained through everything. When challenges came up, G never brought the stress with him. He simply found a solution. His ability to calmly navigate difficult vendors, unexpected situations & all the inevitable wedding chaos made everything feel like a breeze. Having someone like that in your corner on your wedding day is priceless.
G did not just cater our wedding. He helped create the experience, protected the experience & made sure we could actually enjoy it.
G, thank you for making our celebration so incredibly special & for bringing so much heart into Matt & Shan's big day. We will never forget it.
You know you have found the right caterer when your only complaint is that you wish the wedding lasted longer so you could keep eating.

We had the pleasure of working with G Catering for the first edition of The Bridal Experience, & they truly exceeded all of our expectations!

The food was absolutely incredible! our guests could not stop talking about how delicious everything was. From sandwiches to fresh croissants to perfectly made arancini, every single item was a hit. People were genuinely going back for seconds & thirds because it was just that good.

Beyond the taste, the presentation was equally impressive. The tablescape was beautifully curated & elevated the entire experience, adding such a refined & visually stunning touch to the event.

Their attention to detail, quality of food, & overall execution were outstanding. We couldn't have asked for a better catering experience & would highly recommend them to anyone looking to create something truly memorable.
