My first time utilizing Traiteur Bon Appetit & I was impressed. I dealt with John for an order for Wed, Oct 16th for 45 ppl, & he was friendly, efficient & professional. He managed to do this with a 48-hr notice. The quality of food was fantastic & was delivered in a very timely manner. I would order with them again over any other franchised catering company. We are beyond grateful for the incredible service at our wedding. The hors d'oeuvres were a hit with our guests, & they couldn't stop raving about the delicious food. The staff was not only professional but also incredibly kind, going above & beyond to check on us throughout the event & even helping with our two toddlers. We were thrilled with the exceptional service from Bon Appétit at our wedding. The food stations were impeccable, featuring Tuscany, Seafood Raw Bar, Sushi, Oyster, & Mexican options. Each station was beautifully presented & delicious, with guests raving about the variety & quality. The main courses were next level: Braised Beef Short Rib with Parsnip Puree, Sautéed Spinach, & Steamed Carrots; Seared Salmon Fillet with Mediterranean Salsa, Cauliflower Mousseline, & Asparagus; & a vegetarian option of Portobello stuffed with Lentil Stew, topped with Goat Cheese & Crispy Shallots. Each dish was a masterpiece, with bold flavors & stunning presentation. The staff provided outstanding service, attending to every detail with professionalism & warmth. Our guests felt like they were dining in a five-star restaurant. Thank you, John & your amazing team, for making our wedding day incredibly delicious & memorable. Highly recommended!

My son's wedding. Incredible service, well organized, well prepared, outstanding. They came a day before bringing all accessories. They day of the wedding , arrived in time, prepared the table, I was so busy with other issues , they brought food , drinks, to me, .Every guest was amazed with their service, It was all professional.
