On the menu under'beer' they have Corona Sun-brew (nothing written of it being non-alcoholic) listed. I ordered it & received a non-alcoholic Corona. When I brought this up to the bartender he said that the name they have for n/a Corona is Sunbrew. I said that doesn't make sense when there is a product with that name that has alcohol & it isn't made clear on the menu that you are ordering something non-alcoholic, but he said that's just how they do things here. I asked to replace my drink for a normal Corona & was told I would have to buy it. Would not recommend

Good food & drinks (although quite pricey), & excellent service. The only problem is that the restaurant continues to suggest tip amounts calculated on top of tax on their Interac machines rather than the pre-tax subtotal, despite the Bill 72 in Quebec… The bill was implemented more than a year ago so there's no excuses. Disappointing & needs to be fixed ASAP.

There are a few La Toxica locations around Montreal, & people sometimes mix them up when posting photos & reviews. I've been to a couple of them, & this location is definitely one of my favorites, along with the Jean-Talon location.

You know the food is good when everyone at the table goes quiet because they're too busy eating. This was actually my first time ordering La Toxica on Uber Eats since I live pretty far away, & even with a 75-minute wait, it was 100% worth it.

The carnitas tacos are probably the best tacos I've had so far. I haven't found another place that does them quite like this. The al pastor is incredible too flavor-wise, it's hard to find anything that compares. I've tried a lot of taco spots around Montreal, & this is one of the closest experiences I've had to authentic Mexican tacos.

I enjoy Three Amigos, but it's a completely different style of food. La Toxica feels like the kind of place where someone's mom or grandma is in the kitchen making recipes that have been passed down for generations.

The Birria & the consommé is always packed with flavor. If you're not sipping the consommé after dipping your tacos, you're missing out.

Came here during our first night in Montréal & we loved it!!

The service was amazing, we got sat down immediately & our server took great care of us throughout the meal. She checked in with us, helped us out with our orders & was a great server in general.

Food wise, it was absolutely fantastic! Below, we got the birria tacos (2) & chorizo tacos (2) alongside a pina colada & a refreshing mango frozen margarita. The birrias were cheesy & fresh, & the sauces provided at the side of the table gave the chorizo a kick!

We will definitely come back again when we're in town!

Excellent service super rapide & efficace. Les tacos Birria & tacos de crevettes étaient frais & délicieux. Les portions sont généreuses & les prix sont très raisonnables. Coup de coeur pour le margarita au tamarin. Nous y retournerons c'est certain.

Went in on a Wednesday for all you can eat Tacos & was absolutely not disappointed. The food was amazing, great prices & amazing service. Xime was so kind & took the time to explain everything to us. Will definitely come back

Nice local Greek spot. Food came out fast, & everything was hot & flavorful. Good value overall.
