Management laughing at the customers you tell them soda machine isn't working you come back again machine still not working they say they can give it from a Soda Can & bring a glass that isn't fizzing & no gas bubbles in the glass also ask for manager & they have employees lie saying they aren't there when we see them in the back

Nous sommes allés au Mikes hier pour célébrer un anniversaire & nous avons adoré notre expérience. Le service était excellent, nous avons été très bien traités du début à la fin. La nourriture était délicieuse & le restaurant était propre & accueillant. Merci pour cette belle soirée !
Mike's is a great lunch & dinner restaurant, but the breakfast is not the best. We ordered 2 eggs over with bacon & white toast. You get 2 small pieces of bacon & ONE piece of toast. I have never been out for breakfast & only gotten one piece of toast. Total price for the 2 breakfasts was $26.00...right in the range of most other breakfast restaurants.

Bouffe très bonne mais pas de sauce pour les sous-marins & le plat de tortellini sauce rosé oufffff une portion tellement petite ca faisait aucun sens. Sans exagérer, les tortellinis ne remplissais même pas 25% du plat!
Malgré les groupes, le service a été rapide & Émilie etait très souriante. Elle est venu nous voir quelques fois pour s'assurer que tout était bien. Merci

Super service d'Émilie! Elle a bien pris soin de s'assurer que tout étais parfait après chaque service! Les breuvages sont bon? Oui parfait votre repas est bon aussi bref s'était toute parfait! Merci Émilie!
Leurs assiettes sont toujours bien présenter & sont excellentes ils peuvent se considérés très chanceux d'avoir leur serveuse Amélie elle est très gentille, patiente & d'une politesse exemplaire. Je suis très satisfaite du Mikes situé sur le boulevard St-Martin & le recommande…

Ça faisait plusieurs années que je n'étais pas allé chez Mikes (toujours Mikes maintenant) & je dois avouer que les sous-marins sont encore aussi bons & frais. La salade en entrée était excellente. Le service a été rapide. Côté ambiance, il n'y avait pas grand monde, donc c'était calme... peut-être un peu trop.
The food is always comforting, well prepared, & satisfying, no matter what you order. There's a sense of consistency & care that makes every visit enjoyable. The friendly, welcoming service adds to the experience & makes you feel right at home. It's a restaurant I genuinely enjoy & keep coming back to because it always leaves me feeling happy & satisfied. I'm really satisfied with everything.
La nourriture est fraîche, bien préparée & servie en portions généreuses, avec des pizzas & des pâtes toujours savoureuses qui font vraiment plaisir. Le service est chaleureux & efficace, & l'ambiance est conviviale. J'y reviendrai sans hésiter. Une valeur sûre à Laval.
