I was very excited to go there, but unfortunately I got a bad service. They forgot to put my food in the order even that 2 people came to ask me for it. They give me a piece of cake as an apology, but they never asked if I wanted or offered, &, besides, who wants a dessert without eating?, I told them I didn't eat sweet things, that I could receive another beverage like a beer, never came.... The waiters don't communicate eachother & there is a lack of interest on making you feel served. Several times they make us wait & when we asked, it was because they forgot, happened with the entry, happened with a container to take in the food & even with the bill. However, the place is very nice as well as the food is delicious. Sad for the kitchen that the front of the house is so disorganized. :(

Wonderful dishes that are authentically Colombian. It's difficult to choose what to order because everything looks good. Don't let the name fool you. This is neither a cafe nor a bakery- it's a restaurant with table service, although with limited seating. Secret menu item: Order the Patacon topped with chicharron, & thank me later.

Went to eat here today disappointed with service because i work in a much bigger restaurant & sometimes we serve more than 100+ people yet we dont forget to serve customers water the first thing when they sit down. Might be a good thing to practice customer service before putting the tip suggestions on your receipt. 🤦🏻♀️ Food is tasty but its meat u need water with that watched waitress serve water to people next to us who was just sat down & us almost finishing our meal when we had the water plus she forgot our empanadas.

Lors du Premier vendredi du mois au Parc olympique, réunion de foodtrucks & kiosques, nous avons eu l'occasion d'expérimenter la cuisine & la bienveillance de l'équipe de Tostadito. Après s'être trompé dans la commande, on nous a généreusement offert une crème glacée maison pour compenser le temps d'attente. Ce n'était pas nécessaire, juste délicieux & attentionné ! Merci pour cet excellent service & pour les plats exceptionnels.
