"Had an easy dinner at Toro Rosso, service was great, food overall ok if without expectations. Pasta was probably precooked assuming with the speed we got it, still tasted good and for around 20$ per portion price is ok for a restaurant, tiramisu a miss, made with cream instead of mascarpone and you can very much taste the difference.
