Afficher toutprix(33) qualite(20) pates(12) pasta(9) pizza(8) italian(7) genereuses(5) price(5) wine(5) sauce(5) tasty(5) village(5)I asked for still-crunchy, steamed asparagus but they were served completely limp (they were over-cooked). The salmon was overcooked too, to the point of being dry. I took the table d'hôte which came with coffee & a choice of dessert but the waiter forgot (I was the only one at the table with table d'hôte) & only advised me that I was entitled to coffee & dessert just before we were about to leave. The restaurant itself is ok & the staff is friendly but the prices are a little steep. It cost me close to 50 $ & that's without drinks. & the food is so-so.
Had an easy dinner at Toro Rosso, service was great, food overall ok if without expectations. Pasta was probably precooked assuming with the speed we got it, still tasted good & for around 20$ per portion price is ok for a restaurant, tiramisu a miss, made with cream instead of mascarpone & you can very much taste the difference. House wine was pretty good.
Older restaurant that could use a refresh on the decor but the service & food are really good & the price point is definitely ideal for a date night. It took some time to get our order but the fresh bread we received was a good treat.
Comfortably casual neighborhood restaurant with very good food & wine at reasonable prices. Liked the low-key atmosphere with pleasant music that wasn't loud - & the reasonable spacing of tables. Friendly waiter. Would happily dine here again when in this neighborhood.
I LOVE TORO ROSSO!! As a regular patron of this restaurant, I have always loved their food. The ambiance is warm & friendly. Italian music adds to the atmosphere. The father/son duo (Antonio & Marco) run a tight ship & are charming & friendly. The wait staff is top notch. Fast, efficient & amiable. Leo, in particular, is charismatic & as delicious as the food he serves. :) You will love your experience at Toro Rosso. Prices are reasonable, so you can come back regularly. I do!! :)
Lovely local spot. Very authentic with pretty good food, especially considering the price.
This is my favourite restaurant in Montreal. Very reasonably priced, staff are lovely & the food is amazing. Even when I'm not dining & I'm walking by, they come out with fresh water for my dog. 5*

Great service by Marco - & we were a group. The pasta & Coquilles St Jacques we're very tasty & the prices , especially for the house wine we're great - I will be back.

Leonardo, our waiter was a standout! A lovely, welcoming staff team: an old-school, well-established comfy Italian doing all the classic pasta pizza salad combos. Well-priced, predictable cuisine. Generally older clientele who are obviously loyal fans. Recommended, esp. if you are in Le Village.

Great food. Great prices. Right across from Sky Complex. Worth it.

Food & service was great. Reasonable prices & a nice atmosphere.

I really love the restaurant. That is my favourite. I was here during lunch time with my team & the quality of the food was excellent & good price. I keep coming here for the past 3 years. Good luck

In the fall & winter parking available in front of the door. The décor is average but very quiet. The service is very, very good. The chef is great. The menu as an abundance of choice a la carte & table d'hôte at very good price. Wine & drink are near face value. All in all this is a place to return every so often
