Torii Sushi - Une belle surprise pour un souper d'entreprise !
J'ai recommandé ce restaurant pour une soirée corporative de l'entreprise de ma conjointe, & tout le monde a été ravi ! Il y avait même quelques mangeurs difficiles dans le groupe… & ils m'ont tous dit avoir adoré leur expérience.
On n'aurait jamais cru trouver un restaurant de cette qualité en bordure de l'autoroute 440 - une vraie belle découverte ! Nous allons certainement y retourner.

- 21 février - Torii Sushi, Laval

Le 21 février à 18 h, nous étions quatre au restaurant Torii Sushi à Laval pour célébrer un anniversaire.

Les sushis & leur présentation sont à la fine pointe de la cuisine japonaise. Tout était vraiment exquis.

Pour cette soirée, nous avons dépensé près de 400 $, & sur le plan culinaire, l'expérience était à la hauteur.

Malheureusement, le service a complètement terni la soirée.

La façon cavalière dont l assistant gerant nous a pratiquement montré la porte est inacceptable. Un sérieux manque de jugement & de tact.

Nous fréquentons régulièrement des restaurants de Montréal & de Laval, & jamais - je dis bien jamais - nous n'avons été traités de cette façon.

Se faire presser ainsi devant ses invités, lors d'un anniversaire, est franchement humiliant. Nous avons eu honte de la situation.

À 18 h, nous ne pensions certainement pas devoir écourter la soirée. Le message reçu était clair : « Mangez, dépensez, & libérez la table rapidement, d'autres clients attendent. »

Un établissement qui se positionne comme une expérience haut de gamme ne peut se permettre un tel manque de respect.

Plus jamais.

On February 21 at 6:00 p.m., we were four people at Torii Sushi in Laval to celebrate a birthday.

The sushi & their presentation are at the forefront of Japanese cuisine. Everything was truly exquisite.

For this evening, we spent close to $400, & from a culinary standpoint, the experience met expectations.

Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the evening.

The cavalier manner in which the assistant manager practically showed us the door is unacceptable. A serious lack of judgment & tact.

We regularly visit restaurants in Montreal & Laval, & never - I repeat, never - have we been treated this way.

Being rushed like that in front of our guests, during a birthday celebration, is frankly humiliating. We felt ashamed of the situation.

At 6:00 p.m., we certainly did not expect to have to cut our evening short. The message was clear:'Eat, spend, & free the table quickly - other customers are waiting.'

An establishment that positions itself as a high-end experience cannot afford such a lack of respect.

Never again.

Aucunement déçue ! ….
Plats raffinés & tellement goûteux.
Le menu dégustation est à recommander. Mais tous leurs plats sont gustatifs & que dire des desserts.
Le service est excellent !
