Soooo good! Fresh, original, dish after dish was spectacular. We had the tasting menu & wanted to try everything so ordered a few more pieces. Our waiter was absolutely fantastic & took what we had chosen & selected the best so that we didn't have much too much. Really must try. We are following recommendations from TASTET food blog. This restaurant was in their top ten in Laval.

Hier soir, nous avons découvert le restaurant Tori à Laval, & tout a été parfait du début à la fin.

À notre arrivée, sans réservation (& malgré un resto plein), l'équipe a réussi à nous trouver une petite table pour deux. Comme on voulait commander plusieurs plats en même temps, on a demandé à changer de table & tout s'est fait avec le sourire, sans aucune hésitation.

Le service a été impeccable tout au long de la soirée. Chaleureux, attentionné, professionnel. Chaque serveur était aussi accueillant que le précédent. Ils prenaient le temps de bien nous conseiller, sans jamais mettre de pression. Verres d'eau & de vin toujours remplis.

& que dire de la nourriture ? Les nigiris étaient sublimes : fondants, bien assaisonnés, une texture incroyable, comme du beurre ! Les sushis se tenaient parfaitement, les sauces étaient équilibrées, les saveurs raffinées. Un vrai délice à chaque bouchée.

Une ambiance détendue, une équipe passionnée & un rapport qualité-prix vraiment intéressant. On a adoré, & on reviendra sans hésite

This is a great place if you want to order the tasting menu at 150$ for 2, which offers a unique culinary experience. If you want to go for the standard sushi menu (which is what we did), this is not the place. Try instead an All-You-Can-Eat.

Très bons sushis, les prix sont un peu cher mais pour la qualité qu'on reçoit c'est vraiment worth it. La présentation est aussi bonne que le goût.

One of the best sushi places I've been to. Great variety with different & innovative options. I have hard time naming my favourite order, everything was so good. I wanted to try all of them! Some of the entrees are more expensive than usual but you don't regret it after you try them. Make sure to reserve in advance
