The ambiance was good, the sandwiches were really tasty, especially the one with the pulled beef very tasty. The fries were good, but no sauce next to them which is weird. The iced latte was really bad, very very watery & no taste of coffee. Very disappointed, as other tommy cafes usually make amazing coffee. Also even though it was supposed to be iced it was very warm & had to ask for more ice. The service was extremely slow, took multiple times to refill water or get sauce. Overall didn't really enjoy this location.
Excellent service ! La jeune fille qui travaille ici est toujours souriante, polie & très professionnelle. Elle prend le temps de bien servir les clients & crée une ambiance agréable. Merci pour votre gentillesse, je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Le service était exceptionnel ! L'équipe était souriante, professionnelle & très attentionnée. Je me suis sentie bien accueillie dès mon arrivée, & tout s'est déroulé rapidement & avec le sourire. Merci pour cette excellente expérience, je recommande vivement !
Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement la plus belle serveuse du restaurant pour son accueil exceptionnel. Dès notre arrivée, elle nous a reçus avec un magnifique sourire, beaucoup de gentillesse & un grand professionnalisme. Elle a été attentive à chaque détail, toujours disponible, patiente & de bonne humeur, ce qui a rendu notre repas encore plus agréable.
Our waitress got our order wrong multiple times. When I asked her to correct it, she got confrontational, insisting she'd made no mistakes & that I never asked for certain items, even though my table can attest that I did.
After making these mistakes, she charged us for them, & when I asked her to fix the bill, she said she couldn't. She told me not to worry, since she'd remove the egg from my bill, which she said cost the same as the extra charge. That wasn't true & the egg was cheaper than the extra she'd charged me. I just paid to avoid arguing further as she was extremely confrontational about her own mistakes.
The waitress was rude, confrontational, & dishonest. 0/10 stay away from this location. I'm so disappointed with the service
