Excellent café & très belle décoration. Enfin un endroit à Laval qui a un vrai cachet britannique. Ça faisait longtemps que j'attendais un café comme celui-là!

I've visited this coffee shop many times, & it never disappoints. The coffee is consistently fresh, flavorful, & made with care. The food is always delicious, with great quality & plenty of options to choose from.

What really stands out is the exceptional customer service. Orders are prepared quickly, & the staff are always friendly, welcoming, & efficient. The shop is also incredibly clean & well-maintained. Tables are cleared & sanitized almost immediately after customers leave, creating a comfortable & inviting atmosphere.

It's clear that a lot of pride goes into running this business. If you're looking for great coffee, tasty food, fast service, & a spotless environment, this is definitely a place worth visiting. Highly recommended!

Nice cafe with lots of food options. Cute interior design. Overpriced avo toast that needed more toasting. Horrible tiny parking! Outside seating was loud with the cars passing & the view isn't great. Good customer service.

I had the worst service experience. First of all, we came 30 min before closing the person (tall young one) that worked there didn't even say hi she just told us you have to take out bc we close in 15 min meanwhile we had 30 min left. The person was super rude & gave us 3 matcha that isn't even drinkable we went to add sweatner she charged us. Plus both of the workers were staring at us disgusted. Terrible!!!!! Will never ever go again! The sandwich cost us 24$ & it was pitiful…the first week it opened, we got the same sandwich. It was flavourful, full of the ingredients described on the menu & it made us go back for it! Last week i went, it was lacking chicken, no avocados replaced by the thinest avocado spread that had already turned brown, it was so tasteless & not worth a penny.. wont go back. Too much competition out these with many good sandwich/coffee spots. Tommy ranks low sadly….

Very rude employee. The music was very loud for breakfast time. I kindly asked if if he can put the volume down as we could not hear each other on the table, but he refused & said he cannot please everyone. I asked him if he thinks everyone likes this loud music? He said , well i don' t think it is loud. I then thanked him & told him that i will not come back & he cared less.
