I had the absolute BEST experience thanks to my waitress, Ishiah. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, & so genuinely kind. She checked in at all the right times, made amazing recommendations, & made us feel so welcomed & cared for the entire meal.
If you're lucky enough to have Ishiah as your waitress, you're in for a great experience.

the entire experience was amazing thanks to the waitress! Maighan was such a super star! she was quick to help with questions & requests & was attentive to all our needs. she was on point from the beginning to the end of service & the rsstaurant was packed. would definitely come again & even wait if it meant we could sit in her section.

While the service was good & the staff were attentive, the overall experience fell short of Playground's usual high standards. The restaurant's interior & furniture feel relatively outdated, especially compared to the modern design of the rest of the venue.
I tried the lobster special, which sounded promising, but the sides were disappointing. It came with plain, standard steamed vegetables nothing creative or flavorful & the rice was a real letdown. About half of it was undercooked, almost like chewing on pebbles. For a place connected to such a high-end facility, I expected more attention to quality & detail in the food.
Absolutely loved our experience! The food was incredible, & the atmosphere was perfect. Huge shoutout to our server, Demi, friendly, attentive, & made everything even better. Can't wait to come back!
Great restaurant, delicious variety of food. Our waitress, Tania was so nice & helpful. Her friendly smile & attentive service made our experience all that much better.
I came to the rail Saturday night with my husband & it was an amazing experience. The food & service was amazing . Even for a busy Saturday night we did not have to wait long for anything we orders & our server was very attentive. The manager David also came to our table to make sure everything was good & that was a nice touch! Would definitely go back again & bring more people! My husband & I were more than satisfied with our experience.
Anytime I'm at the bar, day or night if Jonathan is working it's an amazing experience. He is so attentive to his customers, always coming to check if we need refills or anything more. Always has a smile on even if he's on a double shift. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a small Caesar salad & a blue cheese burger with caramelized onions & fries. OMG! That was one of the best burgers I had ever tasted in my life! I highly recommend that burger! I will definitely go back there again & try different things! The servers are super fast & attentive! Your glass will never be empty. Fair price, too!
The restaurant is well organized for social distancing. The breakfast is good, the portions generous, & the price is about the same as others. The staff are courteous & attentive. I recommend it.
