About

The Alley establishes a global standard for premium Taiwanese bubble tea through its dedication to authentic craftsmanship and high-quality ingredients. Signature offerings center on meticulously prepared tapioca pearls, known as Deerioca, which are simmered in a proprietary brown sugar syrup to ensure a precise chewy texture. The menu emphasizes a sophisticated balance of imported tea leaves and fresh dairy or non-dairy alternatives to construct complex, layered flavor profiles. Innovative beverages like the Brown Sugar Deerioca Series highlight the brand commitment to visual presentation and consistency across every serving. Patrons experience a focused selection of handcrafted fruit-infused teas and smooth milk-based drinks designed for immediate enjoyment. Each cup reflects rigorous quality control measures that prioritize the integrity of the base tea notes while integrating modern topping textures into the beverage architecture.

The Alley is frequently recognized as a top destination for authentic and high-quality bubble tea in Montreal, praised for its fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked tapioca, and diverse menu options that cater to various tastes. Most visitors highlight the cozy atmosphere, clean environment, and friendly service, with many customers considering it their go-to spot for both fruity and milk-based drinks. While the majority of feedback is positive and emphasizes the consistency of the beverages, some patrons have expressed disappointment regarding specific flavor profiles, occasional errors in orders, or concerns about beverage sweetness levels. The Alley is definitely one of the best bubble tea spots in Montreal! It's so fresh & savoury, especially the'alley trio milk tea' (THE BEST!!). As a student, every time I want to treat myself & crave bubble tea, I come to this amazing place! RECOMMEND 100%

My favorite bubble tea in Montreal! If you are a brown sugar lover, this is your place. They have a lot of options & they never disappointed me over the last 2 years.

Their staff is amazing! The ladies were very nice, welcoming, & provided excellent customer service. They helped me get my birthday freebies-thank you so much!

Really good bubble tea place, & had some wild options. Even at half sugar they were too sweet for me, but I'm not going to dock them any points for that. If you want a dessert in a glass, this is the place.

J'ai pris le bubble tea crunchy au tiramisu & c'était délicieux! Je recommande de bien mélanger avant de boire.

I had the brown sugar, a classic. Good & tasty tapioca the rest was ok I guess. No oat milk available, only cow & soy milk. I had way better ones elsewhere so I was a bit disappointed. Decor is nice & staff was friendly.

Disappointing, tried it three nights in our trip since we usually enjoy The Alley. Matcha had a weird aftertaste, got our drink wrong another time & just overall weak flavors. Jasmine tea was burnt & bitter.
