I really like The Alley bubble tea, they have a lot of good options. The place is really unique! However I'm very disappointed of my experience yesterday. We called & asked if they had the "jujutsu kaisen" collab & they said yes, we asked if we can order on the phone & pick it up when we arrive (we were 20min from there), but they said no (which is completely understandable). So we drove 20 minutes & arrived to order the collab drinks but they tell us they're out of it for the day... We literally called them before going & they said they had it. If they had told me over the phone they were out of it I would have completely understood & came another time, but they just wasted my time...

THE BEST bubble milk tea. I've been here so many times, & every time I got one of their 3 specialties, & my absolute favorite: the tiramisu one😍. Every time I crave for bubble tea, this is my only choice. It's also great that you could modify sugar & ice to your liking.

Cette marque est incontournable si vous aimez les bubble tea. Coup de coeur pour la boisson crème brûlée qui s’appelle ici derioca puff. Bien remuer la boisson pour que tout se mélange bien. Service rapide & efficace. Ils parlent français & anglais.

L'attitude du caissier était hostile & impatiente.👎 les boissons que nous avions initialement commandées n'étaient pas disponibles. Lorsque mon amie & moi discutions sera quelles autres boissons à commander, le caissier nous a poussé à commander même s'il n'y avait aucun autre client présent, ce qui était vraiment drôle.
