When I enter the restaurant, the lady on the counter, I was asking her question to explain for the food & I just ask her like something normal & what happens that she was really impatient & talking to me. Very rude way. Just wanted me to get the order, she was somebody that who does not like to repeat my English is not good & I want her to speak to me nicely so I can understand what she says, but she was very rude & then I asked her to I wanna eat inside Restaurant she gave me drink that was in the bottle which is more extra money & she did not offer me fountain drink & found a drink is mostly cheaper than bottle & she knew that I don't speak English well so she would make me feel stupid & buy bottle with the combo instead of fountain drink So when I told her I don't want bottle I would like to have fountains so she kind of felt disappointed. I didn't even pay that moment. I was about to pay so she didn't felt happy about it that I changed from bottle to fountain drink & then she kind of just behave. Very weird with me & then she told me OK. The order is there. & when I get my order, it was not even spicy. It was taste very bad & the fish did not smell good so I ended up throwing my food. I paid like $25 for my meal. Trust me that me was not even worth five dollar. It was disgusting. There was a lot of sauce inside. The rice does not make sense of rice cannot be saucy. I order fried rice & fried rice should not be saucy & that fried rice was a lot of sauce inside it was dripping actually the qualities bad the lady was rude. She was more into making money than actually serving me in a good way for her all it was all about money & I don't like that I don't like when people take your money & they don't concentrate on your needs so it's a very trashy place. I would recommend people I don't like people that have no emotions towards people that who I work also in different places & I when people don't speak a language I speak to them in a normal way, but if she knew that, I don't speak English well she should have been politely nice to me instead of being impatient Very rude woman
This is my first time trying this Thai Express. I ordered their Beef Fried rice. It has to be the worst fried rice I've ever tried. Rice was soggy & not well cooked. You could taste the raw pieces when you chew. The beef tasted weird. Doesn't taste like meat at all. No texture & way too soft. I'm not sure I would try this place again. Such a bad experience.
I love this place, they are Nice, kind & they give a very good vibe, I recommend this place for everyone, they are super understanding, I love the workers

La dame qui prend les commandes ne parle pas français. J'ai commandé des nouilles frites & du poulet général, mais j'ai reçu du poulet nature, des nouilles mal cuites & quelques légumes surgelés, pour environ 20 $.
L'homme, qui semble être son mari, parle bien français & offre un meilleur service en son absence, mais reste silencieux lorsqu'elle est présente. De plus, les contenants pour les plats à emporter sont de moins bonne qualité en sa présence.
MÉFIEZ-VOUS! J'ai vue une souris dans la toilette des femmes! Absolument terrible! J'ai jamais eu un expérience aussi catastrophique. De tout les Thaï Express celui là est vraiment affreux . Service? Affreux. Magasin? Sale. Nourriture? Immangeable. J'ai acheté un Pad See Ew & comme vous voyez dans le photo c'était même pas rempli! Inacceptable! Les employés étaient tellement désagréable lorsque j'ai montré mon repas & mentionnez la souris.. Ne venez pas ici SVP! Gardez votre argent!
I ordered online & picked up in store, & I was charged an extra $1.25 for a plastic bowl. When I opened it, the bowl was barely half full. I contacted the store to ask about it, & the owner (or whoever responded) was surprisingly rude & dismissive. They told me the extra charge was'for the bowl,' even though I can buy five of the same bowls at the dollar store for that price. Between the poor portion & the unprofessional response, this was a really disappointing experience.
5 small pieces of chicken, barely enough to be satisfied. 1 full onion & half a green pepper...should've taken vegetarian! No wonder there was no one there! 36$ for two meals plus additional tip = $40... very stingy go to the one in cote vertu mall instead! Those guys give more meat!!

This is NOT a Khao Soi😂😂 They should review the recipe; why do I have chow mein noodles in my khao soi, the soup was not creamy at all, etc.. Plus, I've been there twice & it's always that same lady with the bad attitude. I hope all the other Thai Express' are not the same as this one.
Been here twice with my mom & all i can say is that, this place has the best Tom Yum that-i've had. The owner is super nice & hospitable as well. Will definitely go eat at this place whenever i'm in this area.

Trop intense avec la sauce à chaque fois. Ils en mettent plus que les autres restaurants Thaï Express. Le tofu n'est pas bon les deux fois que j'ai commandé & avait toujours un goût acide
