The food was okay other than that one piece of chicken I got that was hard as a rock. However I even showed a picture & I still didn't get the right order.

The cashier was great. My Pad Sew & the cook's attitude could have been better but I upgraded my review to 4 stars because I got an amazing response from customer service who reached out to me literally hours after I left my review to make things right. Will definitely be returning to Thai Express!
