One word. magnificent!! Just arrived to one of my favorite cities, Montreal Canada! After driving a few hours, we finally checked in to the Renaissance Montreal Downtown Hotel. Since it was a little late, we needed a little night nourishment so headed to their rooftop restaurant Terasse R Montreal. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Felix & we knew we had to stay & have dinner. This evening called for Generals Tsao chicken, Salmon & their chicken satay & what better way to wash it down then with a Yuzu Sour. The food & atmosphere were great but the star for this night was Felix! He took care of us from Apps to entrees! Professionalism at it's best! This is a must stopover when in Montreal & ask for Felix! Can't wait to go back!

Un mot : magnifique ! J'viens d'arriver dans une de mes villes préférées, Montréal, au Canada ! Après quelques heures de route, on a finalement pris possession de notre chambre à l'hôtel Renaissance Montréal Centre-ville. Comme il était un peu tard, on avait besoin d'un petit coup de pouce, alors on s'est dirigés vers leur resto sur le toit, la Terrasse R Montréal. Dès notre arrivée, Félix nous a accueillis & on savait qu'on devait rester pour dîner. Ce soir-là, on a opté pour du poulet Général Tao, du saumon & leurs brochettes de poulet satay, & quoi de mieux pour accompagner le tout qu'un Yuzu Sour ? La bouffe & l'ambiance étaient excellentes, mais la vraie vedette de la soirée était Félix ! Il s'est occupé de nous des entrées aux plats principaux ! Un professionnalisme exemplaire ! C'est un incontournable lors d'un séjour à Montréal, & demandez Félix ! J'ai hâte d'y retourner !

Came here on F1 weekend for a rooftop bar experience. Food (apps) were delicious & outside rooftop bar offered great views of the city!!

Super rooftop ! Une terrasse hyper agréable & un personnel au top 👌
Petit clin d'oeil à Charlotte & Félix qui se sont merveilleusement bien occupés de nous, ça fait vraiment plaisir de se sentir aussi bien accueillis & aux petits soins !
& petite mention spéciale pour les ongles de Charlotte qui étaient magnifiques, je n'ai pas osé demander où elle les faisait… si jamais elle voit ce commentaire 😉 sinon je reviendrai ah ah !

If it wasn't for the terrace experience this place would have gotten 2 stars. Food was ok nothing great, overpriced for being on a rooftop. service was nice but very slow.

Would i come back here? If it wasn't for the rooftop terrace maybe not but hard to say no to good weather & rooftop.

Great rooftop bar with excellent views of the city. Eric was a terrific bartender & I recommend the spicy margarita

Very slow service when ordering a bottle of wine. Waiter was very rude when asked the status of our order. I could see the wine clearly sitting at the bar for good 10 minutes, while he walked past it multiple times & past us to serve guests surrounding us. Didn't fill up waters whatsoever. Had to ask other waiters. Music doesn't fit the scenery. Way better other options for rooftops with better view to spend your money on. Will not come back.
