"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Old Montréal. This hotel is very professional and the rooms are lovely. We had breakfast included which is lacking . The coffee isn't hot, and refills are difficult to get. You are only given a few items to choose from but others not on the plan get better service. Feel second class. The hotel itself is love.t...."
